This page covers an assortment of Copperspine releases: Samplers, limited editions, EPs ... etc. It's also the place where you can download some of the music. Currently, songs from a couple of the Samplers are available, and also two full-length releases that aren't available as CDs. We hope to add more for download in the future, but we'll see how things go.
The mp3 files on this page can be downloaded by right-clicking on the mp3 links to the right of the track names, and picking a directory on your computer for Save Link As. We are happy to have this music available worldwide with good quality sound, and there is no obligation to pay for your downloads. However, the artists have spent their time and money creating this music, and so a voluntary donation for the downloaded songs would be gratefully received, and will be passed on direct to the artists. The Paypal buttons are set up to allow you to donate whatever amount you want. How much would we suggest? How about $5 or $6 for a full album? It's entirely up to you though.

Conceived as a musical outlet for engineer and producer Brodie Smith, and featuring the borrowed talents of others, überfrau has been in existence for 6 years. More info at überfrau's MySpace page.
stilleven was produced and recorded by Brodie Smith at the Smilin’ Buddha Enjoyment Complex, Vancouver, BC from 2002 to 2005.
Brodie sings, plays guitar, bass, keyboards and drums.
Mary Cleaver sang on 1 and 4.
Roger Dean Young sang and played harmonica on 1.
Chris Rippin sang on 4 and plays bass on 7.
Shawn Killaly plays drums on 7.
